Great leadership starts with putting people first. Anthony's goal is to help his team reach their full potential, lead by example, and make sure every customer feels valued, heard, and taken care of. With over five years of insurance experience, including leading a top-performing sales region, he knows that great results start with great people. Outside the office, Anthony is a husband, dad, book lover, and HYROX enthusiast who enjoys lifting weights, running fast (at least in his own opinion), and finding great food. One of his biggest motivations is showing his son that hard things are worth doing, even when they aren’t easy. Anthony was a national level swimmer in Puerto Rico during his younger days. 

Anthony is also a John Maxwell Certified Leader who believes growth never stops. And if you’re wondering whether he takes honesty seriously, his first words on his first customer call at this job were, “I was washing my hands.” Not exactly a masterclass in introductions, but at least he started with the truth!

His mission is simple: build a great team, serve people well, and make insurance a little more personal.

Amrit brings the discipline of a competitive athlete, the perspective of an entrepreneur, and a deep commitment to his community to his role as a founder of MatchPoint Insurance Agency, LLC, A GEICO Exclusive Agency in Irving, Texas. Amrit earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Memphis, where he captained the tennis team and played #1 singles and doubles. He later earned an Executive MBA from the University of Miami, strengthening the business foundation he brings to leading his agency and serving clients across DFW Metroplex and Texas. 

Under his leadership, MatchPoint opened in May 2021, and has gone on to earn recognition as a national Top 20 GEICO MVP Office. Amrit emphasizes personal service, clear communication, and helping individuals and families understand their coverage options. Prior to opening MatchPoint Insurance Agency, LLC, Amrit managed professional tennis players at the highest level and traveled to the biggest events in professional tennis. 

His commitment to people extends beyond the office. Through local outreach, support for first responders and veterans, and participation in nearby events, Amrit invests his time in the communities he serves. Whether helping a family explore insurance coverage or guiding an athlete's next step, he brings the same dedication to building lasting relationships. Within his agency, he emphasizes a culture of integrity, ensuring his team leads with honesty and transparency when educating customers and helping them protect what matters most.
